48 Sectors are Open to Domestic Investment. The Indonesian Government has decided those sectors must be 100% owned by Indonesians, where nominee scheme are not allowed and become null and void accordingly. The said new regulation of President' Decision are number 76/2007 and 77/2007, were just released early this month. (more Law Update here)
